4. Together we create your Portfolio.

From now on, you determine the pace of the process, because we will put together your portfolio. For this we need a series of documents from you, which will eventually be transferred to your employer. Thanks to our many years of experience in the international placement of healthcare professionals, we have built up a large network of healthcare institutions. A well-organised portfolio facilitates the process for all involved and helps you on your way to your dream job.

5. We transfer your portfolio to our partner.

In this step, one of our recruiters will transfer your portfolio to our partner in the Netherlands. This of course differs per person on where they want to work and live. The contact will from now on mainly be through the partner in question. Apart from a different contact partner, nothing else will change for you.

6. We find you a suitable workplace.

We will search for a suitable workplace for you, one that meets your requirements. You do not have to do anything yourself and can wait until we contact you again.

7. We introduce you.

When there is a match, our recruiter will share your portfolio with the clinic / hospital. We will contact the person responsible within this organisation directly to introduce you.

8. Trial days.

Have you decided to start working for one of our proposed employers and have we introduced you successfully? Then it is time for some trial days at the interested healthcare institution(s). This is where you get to know the institution and the institution gets to know you. This way, you can come to a well-considered decision. The only thing left to do is to sign the contract and sort out the bureaucratic details, but we will take care of that for you.
